Organization Admin Troubleshooting

Start with the shortest failure path first.

If the trigger never appears

Check:

  • the API key belongs to the intended project
  • the trigger uses the right action type
  • the project approval mode is set as expected
  • the project policy matches the payload field names

If the signer never receives it

Check:

  • the signer is paired to the same project
  • the signer is still active
  • push notifications can reach the device

If the request renders with weak copy

Check:

  • the trigger payload uses clear business-facing text
  • the policy label is meaningful
  • the matched condition is the one you expect

If provisioning seems wrong

Check:

  • the provisioned user exists in the intended project
  • the trigger targets the expected external account
  • the project admin is operating in the correct workspace
