Organization Admin

Account Lifecycle
Organization accounts are created by Beav3r.
After the organization is created, an owner/admin can obtain a master key and use it to manage organization-level resources such as:
- project and environment setup
- user/account provisioning
- policy configuration and updates
- key lifecycle and rotation
Roles
Owner: full workspace control, billing, policy, provisioning, and key governance.Admin: operational control for projects, policies, keys, and user/account provisioning.Member: can operate assigned flows but cannot manage organization governance surfaces.Provisioned user: runtime identity for app/customer actions; no organization admin access.Provisioned account: an onchain or offchain account with execute permissions.
Important:
- A provisioned user can represent an agent, service runtime, or tenant runtime identity.
- Each provisioned user should use a scoped API key limited to the actions it needs.
