Organization Admin

This section covers the setup steps for a team, internal operation, or customer workflow.

Account Lifecycle

Organization accounts are created by Beav3r.
After the organization is created, an owner/admin can obtain a master key and use it to manage organization-level resources such as:

  • project and environment setup
  • user/account provisioning
  • policy configuration and updates
  • key lifecycle and rotation

Roles

  • Owner: full workspace control, billing, policy, provisioning, and key governance.
  • Admin: operational control for projects, policies, keys, and user/account provisioning.
  • Member: can operate assigned flows but cannot manage organization governance surfaces.
  • Provisioned user: runtime identity for app/customer actions; no organization admin access.
  • Provisioned account: an onchain or offchain account with execute permissions.

Important:

  • A provisioned user can represent an agent, service runtime, or tenant runtime identity.
  • Each provisioned user should use a scoped API key limited to the actions it needs.

Setup path

  1. Create Project and API Key
  2. Choose Approval Mode
  3. Provision the First User
  4. Send the First Merchant Trigger
  5. Review in Inbox
